Who this course is for

You've been meditating with some regularity for at least a few months. You can sit for fifteen or twenty minutes without bailing. You're curious about what's past basic mindfulness. Vipassana-style noticing, self-inquiry, the practices that get pointed to as "advanced" without much explanation.

This is not a starter course. The day-1 prompts assume you can find your breath without instruction. If that part is still hard, the 30 Day Mindfulness for Beginners course is the right place to start.

How courses work

01

One lesson a day

Open the app, tap Courses, press play. Lessons run around ten minutes each. If you miss a day, the next lesson is still right there.

02

Continue where you left off

A Continue card sits at the top of your Courses screen pointing at your next lesson. Finish the course and it advances automatically to the next one you've started.

03

Completion checkmarks

Every finished lesson gets a blue checkmark. If you want to start the program over, tap Clear history on the course. Your progress resets without touching the others.

Common questions

How "advanced" is advanced?

More silence, less narration. Longer sits (15–25 minutes). Vipassana-flavoured noticing and self-inquiry rather than guided body scans.

Is this a vipassana course?

Vipassana-influenced, not a traditional 10-day retreat. The frame is daily 15–25 minute sessions you can do at home, not silent retreat.

I'm not sure if this is too advanced. How do I tell?

If you've been meditating most days for three or more months and can sit fifteen minutes without checking the timer, you'll be fine.

What if I miss a day?

Nothing happens. The next lesson is still there. The course is a tool, not a streak.
