How it works
Open your Account screen, tap Reminders, pick the days of the week, pick a time. One reminder per day, at the time you chose. You can turn the whole thing off in two taps.
What we don't do: multiple reminders a day, "you forgot to meditate" follow-ups, streak-shame notifications, or the "we missed you" message after a week away. One push. The time you asked for. That's it.
