Who this course is for
You're navigating something hard. Illness, loss, a transition you didn't choose, a season of just-too-much. This course is the daily-anchor version of working with it. It doesn't pretend the hard thing isn't there. It builds the practice of showing up to it without being swept off your feet.
Each lesson is around ten minutes. The arc moves from grounding in the body, to working with difficult emotions directly, to short self-compassion practices for the days that need them.

How courses work
One lesson a day
Open the app, tap Courses, press play. Lessons run around ten minutes each. If you miss a day, the next lesson is still right there.
Continue where you left off
A Continue card sits at the top of your Courses screen pointing at your next lesson. Finish the course and it advances automatically to the next one you've started.
Completion checkmarks
Every finished lesson gets a blue checkmark. If you want to start the program over, tap Clear history on the course. Your progress resets without touching the others.

Is this the same as resilience training?
Adjacent. Resilience training tends to be cognitive (reframing, problem-solving). This is somatic and contemplative. Practicing the noticing first, the thinking second.
I'm in active grief. Will this help?
It can help with the daily not-being-swept-away. It doesn't shortcut grief. If you're in early or acute grief, give yourself permission to skip lessons that don't fit.
