Who this course is for
You have anxiety that runs in the background most days, or spikes hard sometimes. This course is the mindfulness version of working with it. Noticing anxious thoughts without arguing with them, finding the breath, returning. It does not replace therapy or medication for anyone who needs those, and it's not a tool for a panic attack mid-spike.
Each lesson is around fifteen minutes. The course mixes breath-anchored sits, body scans for grounding, and short loving-kindness practices for the self-criticism that usually rides shotgun.
This is not a substitute for therapy or medication. CBT in particular has the strongest evidence base for treating anxiety disorders. For acute panic, the right tools are different. Long exhales, the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique, and ideally a clinician you've worked with before the moment hits.

How courses work
One lesson a day
Open the app, tap Courses, press play. Lessons run around ten minutes each. If you miss a day, the next lesson is still right there.
Continue where you left off
A Continue card sits at the top of your Courses screen pointing at your next lesson. Finish the course and it advances automatically to the next one you've started.
Completion checkmarks
Every finished lesson gets a blue checkmark. If you want to start the program over, tap Clear history on the course. Your progress resets without touching the others.

Will this fix my anxiety?
No. It can lower the baseline if you practice most days. For diagnosed anxiety, it's an add-on to whatever clinician-led treatment you're doing, not a swap.
What if I have a panic attack while practicing?
Stop the practice. Use grounding (5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, etc.) and long exhales. Return to the course when the wave has passed.
Is daily practice required?
Most days helps more than a few days. Missing a day doesn't undo anything.
