30 Days of Mindfulness

The course most people start with. One short lesson a day, building from "how to sit" on day 1 to handling difficult emotions and noticing automatic thoughts by day 30. Each lesson runs around ten minutes. You don't have to do them in order, but the structure helps.

What changes by day 30 isn't enlightenment. It's a habit. The course is the frame people build the habit around, especially the ones who have already tried meditation a few times and not stuck with it.

How the course format works

One lesson a day

Open the app, tap Courses, press play. Lessons run around ten minutes each. If you miss a day, the next lesson is still right there.

Continue where you left off

A "Continue course" card sits at the top of your Courses screen pointing at your next lesson. Finish a course and it advances automatically to the next one you've started.

Completion checkmarks

Every finished lesson gets a blue checkmark. If you want to start fresh, the "Clear history" button on each course wipes that course's progress without touching the others.
