Who this course is for

Your body is tired but your mind isn't. Lights out and the day starts replaying. This course is built to be done in bed, in the dark, with the lessons quiet enough that you can drift mid-practice and that's fine.

Each lesson runs around fifteen minutes. Most combine body relaxation with a soft mindfulness anchor. Two of the days are pure body-scan, no narration past the first minute.

If you have a diagnosed sleep disorder (insomnia disorder, sleep apnea), this is not the right tool by itself. CBT-I has the strongest evidence for chronic insomnia. Use the course as a wind-down practice alongside that work, not instead of it.

How courses work

01

One lesson a day

Open the app, tap Courses, press play. Lessons run around ten minutes each. If you miss a day, the next lesson is still right there.

02

Continue where you left off

A Continue card sits at the top of your Courses screen pointing at your next lesson. Finish the course and it advances automatically to the next one you've started.

03

Completion checkmarks

Every finished lesson gets a blue checkmark. If you want to start the program over, tap Clear history on the course. Your progress resets without touching the others.

Common questions

Can I fall asleep during a lesson?

Yes, on purpose. The lessons end whether you're awake or not.

Does it have to be at bedtime?

Most lessons are designed for bedtime, but they work for a midday wind-down too.
