30 Day Mindfulness for Beginners
You've tried a meditation app before, maybe more than one, and the daily practice never quite took. This is the course that's worked for people in that spot. Short enough that "ten minutes" is honest, structured enough that day 6 doesn't feel like starting over from day 1.
The first five days are free with no card. Do those five. If the format clicks, the rest of the course is included with Plus. If it doesn't, you haven't paid anything to find out.

One lesson a day
Each lesson is 10–20 minutes. Open the app, tap Courses, press play. Miss a day and the next lesson is still right there.
Continue where you left off
A Continue card surfaces your next lesson at the top of the Courses screen. Finish one course and it points to the next one you've started.
Completion checkmarks
Every finished lesson gets a blue checkmark. Clear-history per course if you want to start the program over without touching the others.
Day 1 of every course is free. The 30 Day Mindfulness for Beginners is free for the first five days. Long enough to know whether the format works before you decide about Plus.

Do I have to do the lessons in order?
No. But the order is built to scaffold, so you'll get more out of the course if you do.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing happens. The next lesson is still right there. The course is a tool, not a streak.
Can I redo a course?
Yes. Tap "Clear history" on the course and your progress resets without touching other courses.
Are courses on the web or only the app?
Plays on the web app at app.declutterthemind.com and on iOS/Android. Day 1 of each course also previews in your browser from the course page.
Is the 30-day beginner course really free?
The first five days are. After that, the rest is part of Plus.
