Who this course is for

You've been calling it "attention span" but it's closer to a relationship with your phone, work, and the small dopamine spikes between them. The course doesn't fix that overnight. It does build the muscle of noticing when attention has slipped, and bringing it back without making a thing of it.

Each lesson runs around twenty minutes. Most include a focus-anchored sit (breath, sound, or a single point of attention) plus a short prompt about working with distraction the rest of the day.

How courses work

01

One lesson a day

Open the app, tap Courses, press play. Lessons run around ten minutes each. If you miss a day, the next lesson is still right there.

02

Continue where you left off

A Continue card sits at the top of your Courses screen pointing at your next lesson. Finish the course and it advances automatically to the next one you've started.

03

Completion checkmarks

Every finished lesson gets a blue checkmark. If you want to start the program over, tap Clear history on the course. Your progress resets without touching the others.

Common questions

Will this make me more productive?

Probably yes, indirectly. The course doesn't teach productivity. It teaches noticing. Which is the lower-level skill productivity depends on.

Can I do this if I have ADHD?

Many people with ADHD find these practices helpful. They're not a treatment for ADHD. If you're working with a clinician, treat the course as an add-on rather than a swap.

Is twenty minutes a day realistic?

More realistic than thirty. The shortest lessons are around fifteen. None are under ten.
