When this actually matters
Flights and long drives
Streaming a 30-minute meditation at 35,000 feet doesn't work. Downloads do. Pack two or three before you leave.
Subway, gym, basement
Anywhere your phone says "no service" and your meditation app says "buffering." Downloads play normally.
The cabin or campsite
Off-grid for a few days and want to keep the practice going. Download a course or a few favorites. Bring them with you.
How it works
Tap the download icon on any meditation card. The audio caches to your device, around 5 to 15 MB per practice depending on length. Open the meditation later, in airplane mode if you want, and it plays normally. The Offline screen on your Account page lists everything you've downloaded so you can find them without searching.
If you cancel Plus later, your existing downloads keep working. They don't expire.
