Health data (Apple Health and Health Connect)
The Declutter The Mind mobile apps can connect to Apple Health on iOS and to Health Connect on Android. This is optional and stays off until you turn it on.
When you connect it and finish a meditation, the app writes the length of that session to your health app as a Mindful Session (Mindful Minutes). If you also allow heart-rate access, the app reads the heart-rate samples your watch or other wearable recorded during the session, only to show you the average, low, and high in the after-session summary.
We do not sell this health data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. Heart-rate readings are used only to display your after-session summary on your device and are not stored on our servers. You can disconnect at any time in your device's Apple Health or Health Connect settings, which stops any further reading or writing.

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
