Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
This ancient yogic breathing technique balances the nervous system by alternating breath between nostrils. It harmonizes the left and right brain hemispheres, reduces stress, improves focus, and promotes mental clarity and emotional balance.
Hand Position: Use your right thumb to close the right nostril and your ring finger to close the left nostril. Keep your index and middle fingers folded or resting on your forehead between your eyebrows.
